My drink stays warm, but not as long as stated
The listed heat retention time applies to bottles that are completely full. If there’s only a small amount left in your bottle, it will cool down faster.
The more liquid in your bottle, the better the heat is maintained. -
My drink cools down way too fast
Our coffee and tea bottles use a SnapClean® mechanism. If it isn’t properly clicked into place, the lid may not close fully airtight — and that causes heat to escape quickly.
How to fix it:
- Remove the SnapClean® piece from the lid
- Click it back in firmly until you hear a clear "click"
- Test again by adding hot liquid and letting it sit for X hours
After this, your bottle should keep your drink warm as expected.
