  • How can I track my order status?

    Once you've placed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email. Can’t find it? Make sure to check your spam folder too.
    This email contains a link that lets you track the current status of your order.

  • I already received a Track & Trace, but nothing’s happening

    We pre-register your package with bpost as soon as we receive your order. You’ll get an email with your T&T code right away.
    It might take a few days before your package is actually prepared and picked up by the postal service. Once it’s on the move, your tracking info will update automatically.

  • When will my package be delivered?

    Our standard shipment

    • Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany: 2 working days
    • France, Ireland, Spain: 3 working days
    • Italy: 4 working days
    • Other EU countries: 5 working days
