How our online B2B ordering process works

You can place orders of up to 100 pieces directly through our website. Want to order more than 100 bottles? Our B2B team will be happy to help you with a personalized quote and guidance.

  • Step 1 – Select your bottle(s)

    Choose the type of bottle you want to personalize. You can combine different models within one order. The quantity discount is calculated based on the total number of bottles. For each model, repeat steps 1 to 3.

  • Step 2 – Personalize your design

    Click the personalization button to open the configurator. Here you can add logos and text and preview the result instantly. Happy with your design? Save it and add your product to the cart. Not working right away? Check out the configurator FAQ or contact us.

  • Step 3 – Adjust the quantity

    In your cart, select the number of pieces you need. The more you order, the more efficiently we can work – and we’re happy to pass those savings on to you as an extra discount. Check out our overview of B2B volume discounts below.

  • Step 4 – Add your VAT number

    Add your VAT number in the shopping cart before checkout, or enter it below in advance.
    Make sure you use the same email address for registering your VAT number as for placing your order.

  • Step 5 – Complete your order

    You can pay securely using the standard online payment methods. For orders over €100, you can also choose to pay by bank transfer. Please note: for bank transfers, the delivery time starts only once we’ve received your payment. This is processed automatically in our system. You’ll automatically receive your invoice and tracking code via email.

The more bottles you order, the more efficiently we can work – and the bigger the discount we can offer you:

  • from 6 items: 10% discount
  • from 12 items: 15% discount
  • from 24 items: 20% discount
  • from 48 items: 25% discount
  • from 72 items: 30% discount
