Check out the demo video of your bottle hereThese bottles feature a SnapClean® mechanism. If it’s not fully clicked into place, a small gap can appear — allowing liquid to get into the lid and cause leaking.
How to fix it:
- Remove the SnapClean® piece from the lid
- Push it back in until you hear a clear click
- Hold the bottle upside down to let any remaining water drain out of the lid
After this, your bottle should be leak-proof again!

Lagoon
Check out the demo video of your bottle hereAs mentioned on the product page: the Lagoon is only leak-proof when the spout is fully closed. If it’s left open, water can leak out. So make sure the spout clicks shut before taking the bottle with you.
