Which countries does KAMBUKKA ship to?

Products are only delivered within Europe. This excludes islands.

Incorrectly given addresses are the responsibility of the customer and may incur additional costs. Unless otherwise stated, our prices do not include transportation or delivery of the goods to the customer. The costs of transportation and delivery are stated separately.

How much are the shipping costs?

Delivery is free of charge:

In Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Austria and Denmark with a purchase of €44.95 or more.

In the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Sweden and Finland for purchases of €70 or more.

In Romania, Croatia, Serbia, Switzerland, Estonia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Norway, Latvia with a purchase of €80 or more.

In Malta, Cyprus and Iceland for purchases of €120 or more.

Shipping costs vary from country to country:

In Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Austria and Denmark: €4.95.

In Czech Republic, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Portugal Ireland, Greece, Sweden and Finland: €9.95

In Romania, Croatia, Serbia, Switzerland, Estonia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Norway, Latvia: €14.95

In Malta, Cyprus and Iceland: €23.95.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

If placed before 1:00 PM, parcels will take 1-4 days to arrive, depending on the country:

Netherlands: 1 working day
Belgium/Luxembourg: 2 working days
France: 2 working days
Germany: 2 working days
Ireland: 3 working days
Italy: 4 working days
Spain: 3 working days
Other European country: 3-4-5 working days

As soon as your package leaves us, you will receive an email from the webshop system. You will also receive an email from the carrier stating that the goods have been picked up and are being prepared for delivery. You can use this email to postpone the delivery of the goods or to use a different delivery address.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Click on the link in the email to track the shipping status of your Kambukka package.

Please note, the tracking status will only update once the carrier has received your package at their distribution center.
