KAMBUKKA offers a two-year warranty on all bottles purchased from kambukka.com and authorized retailers with proof of purchase.

Please note that this warranty only covers manufacturing defects of the product.

Worn parts, dents, scratches, and paint chipping or any other misuse of product or care instructions (washing, etc.) are not grounds for replacement and are not recognized or covered by the warranty as they result from normal product use.
Intentional damage to and misuse of the product may void the warranty.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused , in the original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Please return your order in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of your purchase date.

You can send your Kambukka - in its original condition of course - and the accessories in the original packaging to:

You must pay the shipping costs for returning your package.

The full purchase price of the product and the original shipping costs will be refunded to your account no later than 30 days after receipt of your return shipment.

To file a claim, please contact us at support@kambukka9094.zendesk.com with proof of purchase, a reason for the claim, and photos of your bottle. In particular, please include a full photo of the front of the bottle, the bottom of the bottle, and the claimed damage or defect, if applicable.
