What is the minimum order quantity?
You can order a personalized Kambukka bottle starting from just 1 piece. For certain printing techniques, we work with a minimum quantity of 100 pieces, as these are handled by specialized print partners.
How long does delivery take?
Smaller orders are delivered within 8 working days. For larger volumes (over 100 pieces), the delivery time is on average 3 to 4 weeks.
Can I see a preview of my logo?
Yes. For orders under 100 pieces, you can see a preview through our configurator. For larger orders, you’ll receive a professional mock-up of your logo on the selected products as part of the quote.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
For larger volumes, we can work more cost-efficiently, and we’re happy to pass those savings on to our customers through attractive discounts or a personalized quote.
From 6 pieces, you already benefit from volume discounts that increase with higher quantities:

What payment options do you offer?
For orders up to 100 pieces, you can easily pay using the standard payment methods available on our website, including bank transfer. Please note: production starts only once the payment has been received.
For orders of 100 pieces or more, we work with a personalized quote and invoice. Payment is processed directly through our B2B department.
Why is there a difference between orders above and below 100 pieces?
Orders of up to 100 pieces are processed directly in our own online warehouse, allowing us to respond quickly and flexibly to smaller requests. For larger volumes, we collaborate with specialized print partners who produce in batches. This makes the process more cost-efficient and suitable for higher quantities.
All our print partners are carefully selected for their quality and precision, ensuring every bottle meets Kambukka’s premium standard.
