Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or as a try-before-you-buy product. This cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you receive repeated deliveries based on the term and frequency you select.
Your payment information is securely stored, and a payment is collected with each delivery — unless you choose to pay everything upfront.
Some subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the term. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you can cancel it.
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Each order confirmation email includes links to manage your orders and subscription.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you pay for a product that is either not yet in stock or will soon become available. We may not charge you at checkout or may collect a partial payment, securely store your payment method, and charge the full or remaining amount at a later date.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that hasn’t yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, you can no longer cancel it, but you may request a (partial) refund.

Try Before You Buy

When you choose to try an item before purchasing, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order.
You have a limited period to decide whether to keep the item.
If the period ends and the item hasn’t been returned, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
