Delivery and Shipping Policy
Products are only delivered to countries where shipping is permitted via the webshop, as specified during the checkout process. Deliveries to islands are excluded.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Incorrect addresses may result in additional costs, which are at the customer's expense.
Unless otherwise stated, the prices shown on our webshop do not include shipping and delivery charges. These are specified separately before the order is finalized.
The stated delivery times are indicative and non-binding. Any delivery delay does not entitle the customer to cancel the purchase or claim compensation, except in the case of intentional delay caused by Bibo Brands. Bibo Brands reserves the right to make partial deliveries. If products are not delivered, any amounts paid by the customer will be refunded without interest or other compensation.
Products are only shipped after full payment has been received.

Free shipping applies for the following order values:
- From €44.95: Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Austria and Denmark
- From €70.00: Czech Republic, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Sweden and Finland
- From €80.00: Romania, Croatia, Estonia, Lithuania, Bulgaria and Latvia
Standard shipping rates
- €4.95: Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Austria and Denmark
- €9.95: Czech Republic, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Sweden and Finland
- €14.95: Romania, Croatia, Estonia, Lithuania, Bulgaria and Latvia
Estimated delivery times
- Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: approx. 2 business days
- Germany: approx. 2 business days
- France: approx. 3 business days
- Ireland: approx. 3 business days
- Spain: approx. 3 business days
- Italy: approx. 4 business days
- Other European countries: approx. 3–5 business days
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from the webshop system. The courier will usually also send a shipping notification email, allowing you to reschedule delivery or update your delivery address.
The courier will attempt delivery at the provided address up to two times. If no one is available on both occasions and no changes are made in the meantime, the package will be returned to Bibo Brands. A new order must then be placed, and new shipping costs will apply.
Shipping restrictions
At this time, Bibo Brands only ships to the countries listed above, as indicated in the webshop country list. Islands are excluded.
