General terms and conditions webshop

This webshop is operated by Bibo Brands BV, with registered office at 3500 Hasselt, Torenplein 7.16.1, and VAT number BE 0819.303.966 // NL 824345526B01 (hereinafter also referred to as “Bibo Brands” or the “Seller”).
All orders and sales made through this webshop are governed exclusively by the present terms and conditions of sale and delivery (hereinafter also referred to as the “General Terms and Conditions”).
Bibo Brands reserves the right to amend or modify its General Terms and Conditions at any time. The amended General Terms and Conditions shall apply only to orders placed after the date of modification. It is the customer’s responsibility to consult the General Terms and Conditions before placing each new order.
Orders
Before an order can be completed, you must expressly accept these General Terms and Conditions. Without acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions, your order cannot be placed.
After purchase, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. The agreement is concluded only once Bibo Brands has sent a confirmation email to the email address provided by the customer. Bibo Brands reserves the right to refuse orders under exceptional circumstances or in the event of insufficient stock.
Orders confirmed by Bibo Brands can in principle no longer be modified, except in the following cases:
Orders are processed every working day from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Orders placed after 10:30 p.m. will be processed on the next working day. Personalized orders require up to 7 working days to process.
Shipping and Delivery
Products are delivered only to the countries for which delivery is permitted on the website, as indicated during the ordering process. Islands are excluded.
Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility and may result in additional costs.
Unless otherwise stated, the prices listed on the webshop do not include transport and delivery costs. These costs are stated separately before the order is finalized.
Delivery times are indicative only and are not binding on Bibo Brands. Delays in delivery cannot give rise to cancellation of the purchase or compensation, except in cases of intentional delay attributable to Bibo Brands. Partial deliveries may be made. In the event of non-delivery, any amounts paid will be refunded without interest or additional compensation.
Products will only be shipped after full payment has been received.

- Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Austria and Denmark: from €44.95
- Czech Republic, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Sweden and Finland: from €70
- Romania, Croatia, Serbia, Switzerland, Estonia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Norway and Latvia: from €80
Delivery times (approximate):
- Belgium / Luxembourg / Netherlands: 1 working day
- France: 2 working days
- Germany: 2 working days
- Ireland: 3 working days
- Italy: 4 working days
- Spain: 3 working days
- Other European countries: 3–5 working days
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The carrier will also normally send an email allowing you to adjust delivery options or the delivery address.
The carrier will attempt delivery a maximum of two times. If delivery fails and no alternative option has been selected, the parcel will be returned to Bibo Brands. In that case, the customer must place a new order and bear the shipping costs again.

Prices and Payment Methods
All prices listed on the webshop are in euros and include VAT, but exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout. Purchases can only be paid online.
All prices apply per item unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to material errors. Bibo Brands is not liable for pricing errors and is not bound by incorrect prices. If a product is discounted after purchase, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the price difference.
Payment must be completed at the time of ordering. Orders will only be shipped once payment has been successfully processed.
Accepted payment methods include, among others: Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact.
Bibo Brands reserves the right to change payment methods. Bibo Brands is not liable for any damage resulting from online payment processing.
The customer is not entitled to offset any claims against amounts due to Bibo Brands.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer-consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days following delivery of the products.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify Bibo Brands by means of an unambiguous statement within the aforementioned period. This can be done via email at info@kambukka.com. The standard withdrawal form may be used if desired.
After confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal request, the product must be returned in its original packaging, at the customer’s own risk and expense, to:

Products must be returned unused, unaltered and with all labels intact. The original packing slip must be included, along with the customer’s name and address. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless Bibo Brands made an error.
Refunds (including standard delivery costs, excluding additional delivery charges) will be processed within 14 calendar days after receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise, at no additional cost.
The customer is liable for any depreciation caused by improper handling or incomplete returns.
Personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to professional customers.
Warranty and Defects
We aim for full customer satisfaction and provide the following warranties:
- A guarantee that products conform to webshop specifications upon delivery
- The statutory consumer warranty
- A warranty for hidden defects
Products are guaranteed to be of excellent quality and conform to webshop descriptions at delivery (*colors may vary slightly from photos). Customers must inspect products upon receipt.
A statutory conformity warranty applies within EMEA for 2 years from purchase. No lifetime warranty applies for Europe, Africa, or the Middle East.
Complaints must be submitted to customerservice@kambukka.com within:
- 8 days for non-conforming delivery
- 2 months after discovering a conformity defect
- 8 days after discovering a hidden defect
Solutions may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination. Replacement parts may differ in model or color but will be compatible and of equal value.
Warranty is void in cases of misuse, unauthorized repairs, failure to follow instructions, wear and tear, or poor maintenance. Defective products must be returned clean and with proof of purchase.
Bibo Brands is only liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence and is never liable for indirect or consequential damage.
Privacy
Bibo Brands processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and its privacy policy. More information can be found in the Bibo Brands Privacy Policy.
Jurisdiction – Applicable Law
All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Hasselt, unless the customer is a consumer residing in Belgium, in which case the courts of the consumer’s residence may apply. Belgian law exclusively applies.
Personalized Products – Disclaimer
The Seller offers personalized products, such as bottles printed with text or images supplied by the customer.
The Seller is not liable for customer-provided content and does not verify legality or intellectual property rights. The Seller may refuse requests that clearly infringe third-party rights.
The customer guarantees compliance with applicable laws and indemnifies the Seller against all claims arising from provided content.
Intellectual property works include all creations of the mind protected by law. Permission from the rights holder is required for use.
