Refund policy

The customer-consumer has the right to notify Bibo Brands of their decision to cancel the purchase and withdraw from the agreement, without payment of a penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the products.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase within the aforementioned period by means of an unambiguous statement. This can be done via email to info@kambukka.com. If desired, you may use the standard withdrawal form for this purpose. We make every effort to respond to emails in a timely manner.

As soon as we have confirmed receipt of your unambiguous withdrawal statement, you must return the product — at your own risk and expense — in its original packaging to the following address:

The product must be returned in its original, unused and unaltered condition (including any labels). The original packing slip must always be included in the return package, along with a clear mention of your name and address. Shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless a mistake was made by Bibo Brands.

Once we have received the returned item(s) in unused and unaltered condition, your payment will be refunded within 14 calendar days, including any standard shipping fees initially paid (with the exception of any additional charges resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option). Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for such a refund.

In the event of damage caused by careless handling, or if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and characteristics, or if it is returned incomplete, the customer-consumer is liable for any depreciation in the value of the product.

The customer cannot invoke the right of withdrawal for products that have been personalized at their request.
This right of withdrawal also does not apply to professional customers.
