Door de stakingen bij bpost kunnen leveringen momenteel vertraging oplopen. We begrijpen dat je je bestelling liefst zo snel mogelijk in handen hebt – dat willen wij ook.
We doen er alles aan om jouw bestelling vlot te verwerken, maar voor de levering zijn we afhankelijk van bpost. We volgen de situatie van dichtbij op en gaan ervan uit dat alle pakketten hun bestemming bereiken, alleen kan dit iets langer duren dan je van ons gewend bent.Bedankt voor je geduld en begrip 💙

I already received a Track & Trace, but nothing’s happening
We pre-register your package with bpost as soon as we receive your order. You’ll get an email with your T&T code right away.
It might take a few days before your package is actually prepared and picked up by the postal service. Once it’s on the move, your tracking info will update automatically. -
When will my package be delivered?
Our standard shipment
- Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany: 2 working days
- France, Ireland, Spain: 3 working days
- Italy: 4 working days
- Other EU countries: 5 working days
